• Approval of addition of raw water withdrawal from Hay Creek, an exceptional value stream
• Existing water treatment plant is in need of complete replacement
• BMA is evaluating additional options to obtain water from private/municipal suppliers in order to determine the most cost effective rate for the Authority customers.  Improvements could be

• Adequate water supply for fire fighting and other emergencies
